Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our Brooklyn warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the items for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
